The biggest problem you can encounter is using a different platform server 
package ... this may cause problems if you rely heavily on databases or CGI 
... make sure the new server is compatible with your scripts/databases.
   I had someone load a site to my server and then complain their page was 
broke and I broke it !!! Somehow they had ignored the info letter about my 
servers .. especially the part that clearly listed that the servers are all 
UNIX / Apache based and the list of just what scripts they have available in 
the cgi/bin .
They assumed all servers were the same and had a site heavily reliant on 
Front Page extensions ... they had seen the prices and service package and 
ignored the technical details.
