some of the places that offer you free forms linked to their site for 
processing have nice auto generators ... now that webtv has cut and paste I 
would use one of those and then paste it into an email blank to save it ... 
then you can put it in your site with cut and paste when you are ready or 
make some generic form templates to customize when you need one if you do up 
a bunch of them ... I had a seperate webtv user for saving pages and things 
that were for my page you might want to do that and mail the form to that 
user name ... check out some of the references here ...
