Forgive me if this is late to the discussion but I get
the digest version of this list.  So, I'm always
playing catchup.  <big smile>

Anyhow, I don't have PSP (but I would love to get it,
sometime in the future) and so, for now, I use a
program called ImageMagick Studio (sometimes also
called Mogrify).  It does things such as putting text
on your image, putting different colours on it, and
even resizing it (you have two option of doing it to
scale or by thumbnail size).

Also, there is a cgi-script site that I came across
from one of those freebie sites.  And I'm sure they do
forms but if not, they can help you out with that.
