mexico domain name transfer

Hi everyone,

I have a curious one here, but I'm sure someone on this list can help.

I have a client with a .mx domain name and he wants to transfer hosting 
companies, so we need to update his nameservers info, but I don't have a 
clue where to start. I'm not even able to find out who the registrar is for 
.mx

Any help would be appreciated.
