Guild web site and contract info

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I get the digest and haven't had 
time to read all the back issues.
When I went to the guild site, I had problems with the every aspect of the 
list archives section. I kept getting the same error. This happenened with 
anything I clicked on in NN 4.73 and IE 5.01 on a win95 machine. Anyone else 
have this problem? Should I let someone know?

Anyway, because I can't get to the archives, can you all please send me any 
links you have for information about contracts. I am just getting to the 
point in my business where I need contracts for my customers and want to 
know things like, do I have to have a lawyer draw them up? If so, what sort 
of lawyer do I go to? If not, what sort of stuff must I put in it, examples? 
I am on digest mode, so please send any help directly to me. I remember 
there being a contract expert or two on this list at some point in the past.
