Form Question

Hi all:

Here is just a basic question for you folks.  I have a form that runs off
of one of my pages; it is just a simple form which sends information for a
personal post to the web.  I then manually enter the information onto the
web site.  I will not post information for those under 18.  My question is:
 Is there a way to have the form redirect the visitor to a "Stop" page, if
and only if they check that box (or don't check it as the case may be?
