It is my understanding that one use of a keyword in a list without
commas will combine that word with other keywords to make phrases. So a
list such as "music rap classical rock sheet" would respond to searches
for "classical music" or "sheet music." So I never repeat a keyword even
if I want to use it in multiple phrases.
