Yes - its' definatly important to have a project plan and stick with it.
Part of the problem that I see is that if your like me you're learning as
you go, so sometimes you come across better ways of doing things that cause
a 're-think' of the original idea.

I guess that's one of the reasons why web project management is different
from managing traditional software development cycles.  The technology is
new and it's rapidly changing.

  I have a suggestion, as I work alone, independent.   i say, when you have 
an initial idea, go with it.  i have spent 2 months envisioning newer,
better 
and bigger things for my new site. So far I have 1 page up, and am
struggling 
with the others. I know what I want, but I never thought it would take this
