How about... not in any particular order..  Most of this information may be
on your web site but some people like to look at a hardcopy.  Many items
would be standard and you would just change a few pages for each client.
Would be a good idea to put client specific information up front and use
your one pager as an executive summary.  I wouldn't use a three ring binder.
I would have it cerlox punched - only costs a couple of bucks.

who we are and what we do
design pricing
description of  proposed navigation
proposed site map ( a picture is worth..you know..)
graphic services (scanning, artwork)
search engines - how they work and how we help
maintenance
some examples of our work (could be on diskette)
why you need a web presence
marketing strategy
freebies
contact information and business cards
