Each organization will set titles and associate responsibilities
differently.

What is implied to me (just my opinion)..

Producer - more concerned with the BIG picture, interface with Marketing,
IT, upper management.  concerned with the entire development cycle and
launching, could oversee ; sound, animation, content, graphic design

Designer - could also include; sound, animation, content, graphic design -
but probably reports to a producer
