I want to create a site map document (hardcopy) for a web site.

I'm looking for a tool where I could drop in thumbnail images of the pages
and connect them with lines to show relationships.

The site is fairly large so I think it would span several pages which I
would then tape together.

Anyone know of a tool that could make this easy??

I have an evaluation copy of Dreamweaver, but many of the site links are
created dynamically through a javascript navigation system so when you look
at the site map in Dreamweaver the pages aren't connected.
