debugging a site - Netscape crashes

Hi everyone;

I'm helping my brother with his site

http://www.ontariolacrosse.com

The site is crashing under Netscape and I don't know why.

He was creating layers using Dreamweaver, but I don't know if that's a key
or something else.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
