Hello List!
I am scratching the surface of Visual Basic. I have read a lot on the list
about incorporating VB Script into web pages. I am confused. Could some of
you seasoned 'puter people help me out with distinctions between:
1) Visual Basic;
2) VBA (Visual Basic for Applications); and
3) VB Script.
It seems obvious that one would choose from the three depending upon the
environment, application, etc. Where would the best starting place be? If I
jump in to VB Script (for web development), will I be able to use that
knowledge when I turn to VBA or Visual Basic to write other code? Are the
reserved words, syntax, etc. different? What are the biggest snags to watch
out for?
TIA,
Michael
