Hi - I need help.
I am designing a web page and am using frames for the first time. I have 3
frames, one of which is a column along the left side, and the other two are
rows - set at 10% and 90%. The column and the top row are non-scrolling
and the width of the top (row) frame is set at 100%. The problem is that
the content of the top frame does not go all the way across the screen so
there is about 1/3 inch of white space between it and the column.
Could someone tell me how to fix this. I tried setting the width at 110%
which extended the frame to the right but not to the left. I want the 2
frames to join so there is no white space between them.
Thanks,
Janet
