Hi Griz,
This one is easy. The problems are three-fold:
1) They used FP98
2) They used MSIE specific tags
3) The basic fundamental structure of the document is incorrect.
I know, I know, you are thinking I'm being harsh.The fact is,I'm being very
conservative and considerate.
Don't believe me?
Go to http://validator.w3.org and type in the (exact) URL for that page.
You will quickly see for yourself,the *best* way to fix the page - delete it.
