Ted,

I must agree completely with you about the layout and esthetics of that
page. Actually, all those pages are horrible to try and "live with"
(especially trying to reference them regularly way I tend to).

What irritates me is that it is ~ so ~ needlessly so.

You know as well as I do, they could do a LOT to improve those pages in
both respects you mention and still stay _ well _ within the capabilities
of target audience they are intending to reach (everyone!).

But the content does make me tingle all over sometimes ;-)
