This one is really really simple, and even easy to use:
Use the W3's 3.2 (final)
There are (relatively speaking) very, very few browsers that can not deal
with this reliably and predictably.
No poo, if you are looking for "clean" & "reliable" this is what you are
looking for.
Fuzzy.
