No offense intended David. That was what I call "humor".

Seriously though, if you are new enough to ask that question I need to pass
along a little advise first:

Don't do it yet.

Now, with that said, you will need a graphics program capable of saving
images as .jpg or .gif once you have one of those you just click on the
little button that looks like a letter of the alphabet, and start typing.

To be more specific than that I really need to know a heck of a lot more
information, but I'm sure you are going to get a lot of suggestions from
other folks here too.
