I propose that *possibly* that is by design Tamara.
Remember, the 'ol crudgemudgen Fuzzy keeps harping not to use the
transitional DTD because it *is* transitional.
*Possibly* Netscape has pulled a fast one on "us" and done a ~GOOD~ thing.
They may, just may, have actually gotten the jump on us, kids. And "we" are
simply being blind sided by it.
