Sharon,
the problem is actually *above* your table.
Something goes wrong just above it. The validator is actually telling you
it isn't finding what it needs *before* it encounters the table because it
is telling you the table doesn't belong there.
That page *probably* either contains a form or a JavaScript. One of those
are malformed I would guess.
Make any sense at all?
You might want to consider posting the URL as my ESP is a little foggy
today :-)
