I'm using Netscape 4.6 and everything shows. The light green text is hard
to read on that background, though.

Put some blank lines in front of it within the same td tags. I don't know
if that's the right way to do it, but I know it works. :-)

The banner is placed in the second column of your table, therefore it can't
center itself across the whole page -- only across that column.
If you put the banner before the table, and center it, that will center it
across the page.
I saw something else that should be fixed. You have your "base href" tag
before everything in your page. Shouldn't the "html" tag be the very first
thing on the page? Also, since your href tags in the page all have the
complete path spelled out, you don't need a "base href" tag at all.
Lastly, there's a "/div" tag at the end of your page that doesn't belong
with anything else. Delet it.
I hope this helps. You'll probably get answers from others before you get
mine. For some reason it seems to take my posts hours to hit the list.
