can't get frame to load in right window

Hello!

I'm new to this and am having trouble getting pages to load into the right
frame of a two-column page.

URL is:  http://www.namcboise.com

The links seem to work on the first page, but after entering a second page,
hitting a link loads the info into the top row, rather than the bottom row
as I intend.  

I am new to this--can anyone tell me what I'm missing that's obvious?  Thanks!
