CSS text alignment problem

Hi all,
	Could someone please go to: 
http://www.gla.ac.uk/Clubs/WebSoc/~9705228b/discuss/ranting2.html 
and tell me why in Netscape (4.72 & 6 preview release 1), my text isn't 
being justified when using CSS.  I've spent ages poring over the code, but 
can't see it.  Is it just a Netscape thing or is there something genuinely 
wrong with my code?
