Hello:

I have been searching all over the web for a javascript routine that 
will only allow a visitor to download a file once. This can either ask 
the visitor to enter information (i.e., a password, username) but that 
information can only be used to download the file one time, then it 
becomes invalid. 

Is there such a thing.  If so, I can't find it and need your help!
