Hi,

	Hope this isn't too far off-topic (please answer off-list if it is).  I 
have two machines both using IE5 and configured much the same as 
far as I can see.  One has 40 bit encryption yet can access many SSL 
sites.  The other has 128 bit encryption and cannot access ANY!  ??
Error received is 'Page not found'.
