I ran across one of those sites a couple of weeks ago.  Works well in 
IE and I think someone using NS 6.x could actually use the site, 
however, I use NS 4.7 and it was a disaster.  None of the links

I took a shot in the dark (as there was no one to write to regarding 
the website on the pages) and wrote to someone within the 
organization that might know what was going on and if not pass the 
information on.  The message I got back was that his internet guys 
said not to change the coding because of security measures. 
ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

MS Word made that very short page (which if I coded it would have 
been something between 3 and 5 K) into a very huge page of 19K. So 
please don't tell folks to use MS Word, especially if they have 
absolutely no knowledge of HTML.
