Hi folks,
Could someone with IE6 have a look at the question below which was emailed to me by a 
collegue, but I wasn't able to help.  The pages are identical in every way except for the 
commenting out of the doctype but in one of them: the text is centred when the doctype is 
included when it shouldn't be.  Both work fine in Mozilla 1.1b+ and IE5.5.

http://www.gla.ac.uk/is/test.shtml centres much text.   The only
difference between the two pages is that the doctype declaration is
commented out in index.shtml.     what's it all about.    Andy
