IE messing up width of table?

Hi folks,
Could someone go along to
http://130.209.20.52/booking/timetable.jsp?courseType=1&subType=1
On this page, can anyone determine why the table at the bottom of the page containing the two
arrows is narrower than the surrounding table in IE5.5? The page looks correct in Mozilla 1.1+,
Opera 6 and even Netscape 4.75 gets the table width right (although not a lot else...).
Both the page and the CSS validate.
