Hi folks,
Could someone using IE5.5 take a look at http://elit2003.com/elit/elit2003/interested.html and tell 
me why the form isn't showing up?

I'm using CSS 'table replacement' techniques as described at A List Apart.

The page validates to XHTML 1.0 transitional and the form works fine in Mozilla 1.3a and Opera
