That's odd since the form appears for me in IE6 sp1, implying that it's very much a bug in IE 
somewhere.

Both the XHTML and CSS validate to the appropriate standards, according to the W3C validators.  
This seems very much to be an IE bug.  If anyone can find a way to work around it, then they 
would earn my infinite gratitude.
