Been my experience that Netscape is pretty buggy when it comes to linked 
style sheets.

If it's a "simple" style sheet, and you don't have many pages to the site, 
why not just put it directly into the original HTML document - you *might* 
have better luck...

The page will validate because it's not your page, it's the rogue browser in 
question...

Just my 2 shekels...  :-)
