Hi folks,
After being inspired by the article on A List Apart 
(http://www.alistapart.com/stories/journey/), I've been experimenting in 
controlling the layout of my page with CSS.  While I've got a working test 
page, there's just a small thing that's irritating me and I was wondering if 
someone can help.
Could someone look at http://lordofthemoon.com/test/test2.shtml in IE5 
and Mozilla 0.9.x (the problem is known in at least 0.9.2 and 0.9.3).  
There should be a fairly large margin at the top of the page (about 15px) 
above the blue content pane in Mozilla, but not in IE.  I don't know what's 
causing this, but when I add the line: 
border-top:		1px dotted #6699cc; 
to the #wrapper class (the important CSS is in the page source -- the 
stuff in the external file is just font and background stuff) the margin 
disappears in Mozilla, but a small dotted line appears in IE (see 
http://lordofthemoon.com/test/).  Both pages appear exactly the same in 
Opera 5.01 (with a small margin of about 10px).

I was just wondering if the Mozilla behaviour is a bug, or if I've missed 
something in the CSS?
