Again, why should you have to install "fixes and patches" to a 
software product I paid good money for! 

If you buy a car, do you automatically think that somewhere down 
the road you just might need to install a steering wheel because 
the maker forgot to install one--and should I feel okay about that? I 
don't think so! Then why should I feel okay about buying broken 
software off the shelf! ;-)

But this isn't the place to open a bash session on MS or any other 
software product.
