Spanish web site accent...thank you!

Thank you to all that responded. The issue came down to the client
requesting the site in FrontPage and I used the add symbol
function rather than the hard codes for the symbols. I am not sure
about adding the language tag to tell the browser it is spanish
since not all the text is spanish -- it is a web site that states an
english phrase and then next to it shows the spanish equivalent.
