Hello:

A client that has asked me to consult with them has made a web 
site that has offers a form created with FrontPage2000. We have 
the server extensions installed, published the pages, and we are in 
the testing phase now. 

The form is opened in an SSL layer (so far, so good), and when 
submitted, sometimes the form works and other times it doesn't. 
When it does work, we get the form results through email and the 
form sends the visitor a Thank You page. When it doesn't work we 
don't get form results and we only get an error page that says:

Not Found
The requested URL/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/order_form.htm was not 
found on this server.

Any FP wizards out there know what this is telling me?
