Yep, that is probably the problem, the missing body tag. Even though you
specify the body definition in the style tag, you still must have the body
tag in the html structure.

This is the entire document, I don't see where there could be a problem.
This is just a small munu with 4 items on it that sits in the top frame of
my site....I could do this another way, but I am trying to learn styles
sheets and thought this is a good way to start.
