Hi folks,

Apparently, I am blind and cannot see a problem with my document, but 
I keep getting the same notice that apparently I am not using the 
correct document type.  Says the page has no errors but won't 
validate because apparently I am using the wrong DOCTYPE, I've 
changed it a couple of times, with exactly the same results.

Help, please.
