Hi Tim,

I am hanging my head ::sigh::

The URL I copied was the one they said to use if you are sending 
others to the validation.  I was talking on IRC with one of my 
friends --  copied and pasted it there, and she also told me it says 
"Congratulations, this document validates as HTML 4.01 Transitional!" 
(Of course this was AFTER I wrote this list).

However, this is the link to the page that I was continuously seeing:
