CSS div overspill

Hi folks,
I'm having more trouble with IEs CSS.  Could someone look at 
http://www.iteu.gla.ac.uk/elit/about/newindex.html and tell me why the second content box (the 
one with the WAI logo) is stretching from the edge of the page, rather than in line with the box 
above it?

The HTML and CSS validate and the page looks fine in Mozilla 1.2a+ and Opera 6.0.
