I am trying to re-do a site I already own, trying out my new CSS 
skills.  I *know* NS 4.7 is wonky with linked style sheets, but I've 
never seen it go *this* wonky.

The URI is http://www.rootsweb.com/~bible/temp/index.html (which 
validates up to a point -- I am not finished with this page, but 
validated it to make sure the part that was going "wonky" was okay). 
The style sheet also validates.

The navigational bar beneath the logo in NS 4.7 wants to put the 
ending bracket "]" on the next line, as if there is a <br> there. At 
first I did not have the bar in a table format, just text strung 
across the page. However, this is how that string appeared with NS:

                                     ][The Researchers
                                     ][Family Web Sites
                                     ][Mailing List
                                     ][Photo Album
                                     ][Research Aids
                                     ][Sources

        ]

So I figured I would put the links in a table format, with each link 
in an individual cell, and the out come of that coding is what is 
there now or 

[Research Aids
 ]

Anyone have a clue why this is happening besides the usual "NS 4.x 
does not display linked style sheets how you would expect it to?" 
Should I put the navigational coding in the <head></head> tags as 
well?  I haven't tried that as yet.

Any thoughts on this would really be appreciated.
