Want to thank everyone who helped me get my bow graphic to sit on top 
of the "box" on my website. I was working on sort of a deadline, and 
as much as I wanted to align and do everything with CSS as possible, 
just didn't have time -- I tabled the rest ::hanging head in shame::, 
if you would like to see the end results the page is located at

Now for my next question, I am starting to get comments from folks 
who use webtv that the text at http://www.raogk.org/ is going up and 
down, i.e. instead of Welcome they are getting

It has been a month since revamping the page and using an external 
style sheet, but today I have received about 3 messages complaining 
about the display of the page (all from folks apparently using 
webtv). I can't see anything wrong, is it just the webtv browser not 
rendering the coding right?
