Web TV and Graphics!

   Can anyone tell me if Web TV uses a different pallette for color??  I just 
redesigned my UBB and the webtv members are saying they cannot read the red 
on the black, yet everyone else can. Please take a look and perhaps someone 
can explain the Web Tv. Thanks Lisa
