Hi Adrian,
There are a few programs that are available that will allow you to read mac
format on a PC. Try:
www.dataviz.com for starters...
If you don't want to splash out on the software, try getting them to send
all info in PDF format. Phtotshop does a great conversion from PDF to PSD.
