Albert...
The "browse" button opens that window, not the upload button. Just select
the file that you want to upload and open it. You will now see the details
of it in the top upload box below....simply hit the "upload files" button
and you'll be in business. You can select (I think the default is 5) files
to upload in one hit which saves a lot of time and works the same way. Just
keep selecting "browse", locating the files and adding them and then
"upload files".
