Download the trial version of PhotoImpact. It's a terrific program that
will do just about everything 'cept serve your breakfast, it's *very* user
friendly and it's not horrendously expensive.

Stephanie Baker-Thomas has just released a book for using the latest
version and she also runs a BB type forum which is great for newbies, plus
there's a resources page with a ton of tutorials as well.

...and nope, I don't work for Ulead and I'm not on commission for Steph's
book either...I just *love* my PI :)
