Jakob,
The only problem I see in the code is the DTD. You are using <.!DOCTYPE
HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">
but I'm pretty sure you could qualify for the strict one - congratulations
