Fwd: Frontpage 4.0 oddities - addendum

Greetings..
I just switched to Frontapage 4.0 (2000), and I am having a heck of a time 
getting the backgrounds to appear correctly on NS 4.61 (IE 5.0 works ok).

I am using the rice paper theme, and the background should look ricey (?); 
it does on IE5.0 but in NS 4.61, I get a default looking greenish-tan.
