pop up window

Hello!

I have a client that wants a browser window pop up when you are leaving 
their website.  Just a little one that says thank you for visiting their 
site.  I have found pop up scripts that will open up a new window when you 
go to any page other than the one you on are within that website.... but 
that isn't what I'm looking for.  I want it to pop up when you are going to 
a different domain than the one you are on.

Any ideas?
