Your comment "not advanced enough" interests me!  Is this based on 
"scripting capacity" or "graphics capacity"?

i.e. Does it include "advanced enough but with Javascript disabled"? How 
about the "too advanced" devices that simply don't handle images? (eg. 
voice browsers and new access devices)?
