Archiving

Hello all,

I was wondering, how do some of you handle archiving back issues of 
newsletters? I anticipate a project that will include archives and, for a 
change, I am seeking the most efficient solution before this portion of the 
project actually begins.

Please keep in mind, databases are not my thing, so I would be interested 
in any idiot-safe solutions you may have developed or discovered.
